The graduate recruitment route has a proven track record. For example, one graduate who joined the company in December buy roche valium online uk 2014 with a Multimedia Technology and Design degree now successfully holds the role of Control Systems Programmer within our programming team.
Our experience is that there are not many graduate opportunities within AV, possibly because when someone joins the workforce straight from University there is a lot of training needed. However, it is crucial for the AV industry to invest in new blood. As a fast paced environment, recruiting young people is essential to stay ahead of the game. They come with a keen interest, and hands on experience of the latest technology trends, thanks to growing up in a digital era. Combine this youthful approach and thirst to learn with our wealth of experience and industry knowledge and it’s a winning combination.
