Reflex offers full AV system design and integration services, including rack build, installation, programming, and commissioning.

However, Reflex appreciates that the success of any solution goes well beyond the installation of the technology. Instead, true success comes from the positive impact to the users and their working lives, which is dependent on the solution being simple to use and maintain. Therefore, Reflex also offers a dedicated in-house maintenance service.

The maintenance service is designed to ensure that you gain the maximum return on your investment, and that your solution’s users have a positive experience. This is why we recommend to our clients that they should always protect their investment and facilities with an on-site maintenance agreement.

Our maintenance agreements can be tailored to your needs, depending on the complexity of your solution, the frequency and criticality of use. We can also offer up to 5 year agreements on new installations carried out giving you total peace of mind.

Reflex operates a service helpdesk between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday to log any faults, or respond to client requests and queries. We also offer enhanced out of hours support for those that require assistance outside of normal working hours.

Maintenance work is carried out by Reflex’s own in-house team of engineers, who are regionally based to provide cover across the UK. They are fully trained and experienced engineers who are dedicated to carrying out service work, so they do not get used for general installations.
