Job Vacancy: Internal Technical Sales
Located: This is a Reading based office role.
Reporting to the Head of Technical Sales, the Internal Technical Sales person will be working with the technical sales team on a daily basis, providing support where needed as well as proactive sales activity. This is a very busy and exciting role that requires good structure, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, but at the same time requires the person to be proactive with their time when needed.
The Role:
- General sales activity, including:
- Follow up customer outstanding quotations
- Making appointments for the Technical Sales team
- Follow up customer leads
- Account management of existing customers
- Occasional requirement for cold calling activity
- Sales Support:
- Raising quotations for installations and occasional box shift
- Obtain supplier pricing
- Assist field sales team with day to day support
- Managing external Technical Sales diary
- Ensuring the sales Forecast is relevant and up to date
- Administration and tracking of the purchase order to installation pack process
Requirement:

Job Vacancy: Network Product Specialist
The role comprises the following main areas of responsibility
Sales Support
- Work with Sales to provide onsite / remote demonstrations of all products within current networking product range
- Provide detailed technical schematics / narratives for proposed networks
- Provide training on features / benefits / applications for our current networking product range
- Pre-configure hardware / software within digital signage and video networks
- Liaise with customer IT dept to ensure correct infrastructure is in place for proposed network solutions
Service Support
- Assist Service Dept in support of existing network/control product range
- Provide first line support for Signage end-users
- Provide training to Service Dept on network/control products
Internal IT Support
- Provide software and hardware support for internal IT systems
- Co-ordinate support with 3rd party IT support company
- Setup new clients & users through Active Directory
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to IT systems
