Reflex was awarded the contract to complete the installation of a state-of-the-art demonstration suite at their premises in Basingstoke.

The room would be used in a number of different configurations for seminars, conferences, training and demonstrations.

The solution comprised of a rear projection centre screen backed up with two 42” Fujitsu plasma screens providing the ability to display information from multi inputs simultaneously.

We provided a room control system housed within the lectern which included full control over the lighting allowing for a number of different “mood” settings.

The audio system required voice re-enforcement from both the lectern and remote positions together with a surround-sound capability. Care was needed to avoid feedback.

This project also required the incorporation of existing equipment into the solution. Careful planning and design ensured that the final solution utilised the existing equipment without compromising the capabilities of the new equipment.

This was an interesting and challenging project and extremely rewarding in that both the customer and Reflex are extremely pleased with the final result.
