Whenever you are using audio visual products you are likely to be in front of an audience. This means that a failed presentation, a disrupted training session/lesson or an aborted video conferencing call, can all represent a missed opportunity and lead to financial loss or embarrassment.
That is why, over the last twenty years, Reflex have developed a comprehensive range of maintenance services.
Our service engineers are regionally based to provide cover across the UK. They are a very experienced team, 4 of them having been with Reflex for over 10 years and a further 3 for over 5 years. They are also all trained by trade association Infocomm International and accredited as Certified Technology Specialists (CTS).

Does your organisation need an on-site technician, either part-time or full-time, to set up rooms, organise video conferences, act as first line technical cover and generally provide reassurance and on-site support on a daily basis.
If so we can find a mutually acceptable candidate from our pool of contacts, provide the necessary training on the AV aspects of the role. We will also provide cover for holidays, sickness and any events that occur outside normal working hours.
All the products Reflex supply come with manufacturers’ warranties – typically 1-3 years. If you wish to extend the term or enhance the terms then please give us a call.
For those customers who opt not to take out service contracts or extended warranties we have a fully equipped service repair centre and are happy to undertake repairs of any AV equipment that develops a fault. The procedure is simple, give us a call and we will try to diagnose the fault over the phone (and rectify if possible), if we cannot we will issue a returns number and for a single, fixed, fee carry out an inspection and produce a quotation. If you choose to go ahead with the repair we will re-imburse the inspection fee.
Reflex is an authorised repair centre for ASK, Christie, Epson, InFocus, Proxima, Sanyo and Sharp.
