This certification is awarded by the AV industry’s leading trade organisation – Infocomm International – to companies that have demonstrated their commitment to professional excellence by developing and training their staff to achieve individual certification credentials. The “Gold” certification recognises that 75% of sales and engineering staff have achieved Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) status.
