The partnership recently decided to move its London Office across town from Tower 42 to two floors in
new premises at Moor House on London Wall.
The size and specification of the audio-visual requirements for the new building made this an extremely
exciting and prestigious project.
The solution was installed over the next 3 months to the very highest standards. The client is absolutely
delighted with the final solution and believes that Reflex has exceeded their expectations in delivering
audio-visual facilities of the highest calibre. During a recent visit, one of the Pictet Partners proclaimed that

HEPCW/SUPC/LUPC
With effect from 1st June 2006 Reflex have been appointed as framework suppliers to the Higher Education Purchasing Consortium of Wales - HEPCW, the London Universities Purchasing Consortium – LUPC and the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium – SUPC.
Since being awarded the contract we have set up a dedicated team to work directly with the establishments that purchase through these consortia.

The MOD
 |
Supplying the Ministry of Defence with innovative audio visual solutions has been an important part of Reflex’s business over the years.
We have provided a wide variety of solutions including: fitting out of over 500 classrooms in primary and secondary schools on MOD bases overseas; an award winning audio system installation in Churchill Hall at RMA Sandhurst; the provision of two ship simulators at HMS Collingwood and literally hundreds of other projects throughout the length and breadth of the UK and further afield.
With help from MOD personnel we have developed innovative solutions to meet specific requirements. We have also developed new product offerings such as the Reflex “Trojan” and the “Standard” and “Professional” presentation suites. |

Small and Medium Enterprises – SMEs

In many ways the bread and butter of Reflex’ activity. We regularly supply audio visual products and services to businesses and other organisations with up to 500 employees.
Typical solutions would be equipping boardrooms, setting up video conferencing facilities and kitting out meeting or training rooms. |

Public Sector

We have worked with closely with the NHS to provide solutions such as digital signage and distance learning. We have worked with local government to supply audio visual solutions in town halls. We have worked with organisations such as the BBC, The Met Office and the National Grid to supply a variety of solutions ranging from meeting rooms to video conferencing. |

The Emergency Services

Supplying audio visual products and solutions to the emergency services is an important part of Reflex’ activities.
In the recent past we’ve been involved in significant projects with Hampshire Constabulary, the Metropolitan Police, St John’s Ambulance, Sussex Police, East Sussex Fire and Rescue, British Transport Police and many others. |
